RF spectrum
A modulated wave form consists of three parts:
Amplitude: The strength of the signal
Phase: The timing of the signal between peaks
Frequency: How often the signal repeats in one second
In DSSS, the transmitted signal is spread across the entire frequency spectrum that is being used.
