interface adsl 0/1 - enter into interface configuration mode

deactivate 4 - disable port

activate 4 profile-index 1 - enable port and attach a profile

service-port vlan 100 adsl 0/0/0 vpi 0 vci 35 rx-cttr 8 tx-cttr 8 - with rx-cttr and tx-cttr you can set traffic profiles
